Meet The coach

Coach Damian is more than a coach, he’s a mentor, a father, and a community leader. His coaching didn’t start in a gym; it started in the neighborhood. Long before he coached organized teams or had his own kids, Damian was outside with the neighborhood children, teaching the game, playing with them, and stepping into the leadership role the community relied on. That same energy carried into fatherhood.

His oldest son Khari, now 8 (soon to be 9), has been drawn to football since he was four and has grown into a young athlete. Damian has guided him from flag football through his development today and he’s done the same for many other kids in the community.

Known as the “neighborhood dad,” Damian is the adult kids gravitate toward because he shows up, has fun, plays with them, teaches them, and pushes them in a positive way. His coaching style is straightforward: discipline, accountability, encouragement, and real-life lessons through sports.

Together with his wife and Team Mom, Netta, Damian has worked tirelessly to build a community-centered camp. At Brotha to Brotha, Damian isn’t just developing athletes — he’s building confidence, structure, and leadership in young people.

What Sets Us Apart

More Than Football — Real Mentorship

We’re not just running drills. Every athlete is poured into with guidance, discipline, and life lessons that go beyond the field.

Built From Purpose, Not Profit

Our camps are free because this is bigger than money. It’s about giving back, creating opportunity, and turning real-life experiences into something positive for the next generation.

Community-Based, Coach-Led Development

Led by a dedicated coach connected to Jeffersonville Parks Youth Football League, our program is rooted in the local community and focused on real development, not just exposure.
