FOOTBALL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Camp
Empowering Youth through football and mentorship.
Building Strong minds. Strong Bodies. Strong Brotherhood.
What We Do
Brotha to Brotha Football Camp is a youth development program designed to teach football fundamentals while building discipline, confidence, and leadership.
This is more than a camp.
It’s a space where young athletes learn how to work hard, stay focused, and grow into strong leaders on and off the field.
Every drill, every rep, and every conversation is focused on helping kids level up in life—not just football.
Our Mission
To create a safe, structured, and motivating environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and learn the value of discipline, teamwork, and respect.
We believe football can change lives when paired with the right mentorship and guidance.

Meet the COACH
Coach Damian is more than a coach, he’s a mentor, a father, and a community leader. His coaching didn’t start in a gym; it started in the neighborhood. Long before he coached organized teams or had his own kids, Damian was outside with the neighborhood children, teaching the game, playing with them, and stepping into the leadership role the community relied on. That same energy carried into fatherhood.
His oldest son, now 8 (soon to be 9), has been drawn to football since he was four and has grown into a young athlete. Damian has guided him from flag football through his development today — and he’s done the same for many other kids in the community.
Known as the “neighborhood dad,” Damian is the adult kids gravitate toward because he shows up, has fun, plays with them, teaches them, and pushes them in a positive way. His coaching style is straightforward: discipline, accountability, encouragement, and real-life lessons through sports.
At Brotha to Brotha, Damian isn’t just developing athletes — he’s building confidence, structure, and leadership in young men.
Who We Are
Brotha to Brotha started long before it became a football camp.
It began as a YouTube channel and podcast created around sports, real conversations, and brotherhood. Damian and his quadriplegic brother built it together—sharing reactions, laughs, and their love for University of Louisville football and basketball. No matter the circumstances and pain, his brother showed up with humor, strength, and a passion for life.
Damian was his full-time caretaker for over 10 years, helping him through daily life until he passed away in 2023 at 39 years old.
After that, the purpose behind Brotha to Brotha shifted.
What was once content became a mission to build something that impacts young athletes the same way that bond impacted me.
Today, Brotha to Brotha Football Camp is a space for youth development, discipline, and brotherhood through sports. It’s about more than football, it’s about mindset, character, and growth. And it’s about showing up for yourself when nobody else is watching.
At Brotha to Brotha Football Camp, athletes get hands-on training, mentorship, and accountability in a positive environment that pushes them to grow on and off the field. We’re not just building better players—we’re building better people.
Every rep has a purpose. Every session has a lesson. Every athlete matters.
Our Journey
During their journey online, Brotha to Brotha gained recognition in the sports community, including support and moments connected to athletes we admired. One of the most meaningful was Lamar Jackson. who showed love to the brand by wearing a Brotha to Brotha shirt during his time at University of Louisville. The movement even made its way onto ESPN through supporters wearing the logo.
These moments became part of the foundation that showed this was bigger than content—it was a real connection through sports, culture, and community.
